Starting with the Intel® 945 Express Chipset families, Intel makes available generic versions of the Intel graphics driver for Windows 7 OS. You can choose not to use the validated driver from your computer manufacturer and install an Intel generic driver. Generic drivers are available from the Intel Download Center. If you encounter a problem while using the generic driver, Intel recommends reinstalling the validated driver from your computer manufacturer.
